Chilli Panner Recipe:
Ingredients:
Paneer - 1/2 Kg
Spring onions - 3 no's sliced
Green chilies - 10 no's
Soya Sauce - 2 tablespoon
White folur - 2 tablespoon
Cornflour - 2 tablespoon
Ajinomoto - 2 stocks
Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon chopped
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Method for Chili Paneer:
Cut the paneer 1 inches cubes,
sprinkle white flour,
cornflour, 5 chopped green chilies,
pepper powder and soya sauce and mix well.
Fry the paneer cubes in hot oil just for a minute.
Heat oil in a pan, add the spring onions and garlic
pieces and fry for sometime,
then add the rest 5 green chilies.
Make a paste with cornflour and little water and keep aside.
Add soya sauce, pepper powder, ajinomoto and salt .
Add some water in the pan and once it starts boiling, add cornflour paste and
paneer cubes and cook for a few minutes.
Remove from the fire and serve hot.
Enjoy Chili Paneer with Naan.
