Blue Berry Ice-cream Recipe::
Ingredients:
2 cups blueberries.
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup milk
cream:1/2 cup.
egg white( pastuerised ) - 1tbsp
Nutmeg - a dash.
(optional)
Elaichi - a pinch
Method:
First boil blueberries in water by adding sugar and salt over medium flame.
Keep stirring and mashing with a solid spoon or potatoe masher.
Simmer the mixture,stirring frequently 5 minutes and cool slightly.
In a blender,puree mixture with milk and egg white smoothly.
Pour into moulds.
Freeze till all flavours in blueberries solidifies.
Note: strain blueberries after boiling if needed.
